CLOUDY AFTERNOON

this afternoon found me over at Silvershell Beach taking advantage of the overcast to shoot marsh flowers...as i was leaving, i checked the view of Stewart's Island from there.  it's a view i've always enjoyed any time of year, and encompasses the whole outer harbor and looks out towards Buzzards Bay.  the stand of trees on the right is the island...
